We executed our business plan to upgrade the property and back-fill the vacancies at higher rental rates. We leased the property to 90% and sold the 220,000 sqft industrial building in May 2023.

We acquired our first property the property in 2021.  3236 California St NE is in NE Minneapolis, just 2 miles from Interstates 94 and 694.

We executed our business plan to upgrade the property and restructure the leases at significantly higher rental rates. We also created outside truck/trailer parking spaces.  We sold the 86,600 sqft industrial building in August 2025.
